Did you have a reason for choosing a MicroATX board other than cost? It's not as if the case you suggest (which looks good to me) couldn't accept a standard ATX board.

Although Corsair make some of the best PSUs and the CX-430 would probably be a good choice I personally would not go less than 500W to allow for future upgrades i.e. more powerful GFX. Better to take the cost hit now than fork out again later. Just gives a little more headroom. Random crashes can be so hard to trace especially if PSU related.
