My setup:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 OC
Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.4GHZ Ivy Bridge 6MB
ASRock Z77 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1155 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E1 2PCI SATA3 DVI HDMI USB3.0 Motherboard
Corsair Professional HX750W 750W ATX 12V 62A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan 1
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 Dual Channel Memory Kit

Latest GTX 670 drivers.
Before today I was having fps problems where it would drop randomly playing any game, GTA IV or COD4.
I decided to update bios for the motherboard, now the drivers are crashing completely.

What can I do? I am out of ideas.

This latest nvidia driver screws up OC cards big time.

reinstall the drivers again. see if that helps. and make sure there aren't any remnants of amd drivers in your system. of course, this only applies if you've ever went radeon.

I assume you're using the 301.42 WHQL drivers? Be sure to select the "Clean Install" option.

If things are worse after a motherboard BIOS update, it might not be the video card drivers.
