Alright, I'm a little upset with myself for not being able to figure this one out myself. I'm like 90% positive it will fit, but I figured that some community feedback couldn't hurt. So i was looking to purchase a Hyper 212 evo for my FX 8350. Here are the newegg links which have the dimensions and all that;

The Sniper does have the 200mm fan on the side;

That's the one factor that worries me, because i would love to keep that fan, it keeps my graphics card nice and frosty :). So yea any feed back would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Well the Hyper 212+ EVO is 6.3 inches tall (159 mm) and the Storm Sniper manual says that the CPU Heatsink must not exceed 7 inches or it will damage the side panel (Without the 200 mm Fan I guess).

And the Cooler Master Megaflow is around 1.8 inches thick (30 mm). If you do the math, shows you that if you have the hyper 212+ installed you're only going to get around 18 or 19 mm of space between the Heatsink and the side panel (So you can't fit the 200 mm in there)

You can put that CPU cooler in there, but you won't be able to fit the 200 mm fan.
Measure that to be safe, the Hyper 212+ is 159 mm tall, and the CM Megaflow 30 mm thick.
