perating system...Windows 7 Home Premium [64-bit] edit

Hard drive...1TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive edit
Office software...Microsoft(R) Office Starter: reduced-functionality Word & Excel w/ ads. No PowerPoint or Outlook edit
Graphics card...EVGA GeForce GTX560 SE
Power Supply...Corsair HX Professional Series 850-Watt***
Primary optical drive...SuperMulti DVD Burner edit
Networking...Wireless-N LAN card (1x1) edit

***I know this is overkill a bit, but somehow, on Amazon, the 850w is $30 LESS than 750w. I must be VERY stupid and missing something, so please point it out.

Anyway, would I be able to play games like Bf3 and Skyrim at high settings, 1080p? THANKS!

(Note: This is a HP desktop with a switched out graphics card and PSU. I am not interested in building my own (long story), so this is my next best bet.)

Thanks for any advice. :bounce:

Yes good for gaming. The AMD FX-6120 is not the best, but will still be fine. Check here to see it games like a q6600 which was not a bad system. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-o...

GTX560 SE is OK. Comparable to an Hd6770 or HD7770. Should game fine.

edit: If already purchased this will be fine. If not yet purchased an I3 HP system will cost the same as FX-6120 system and game better. If not already purchased if you got the HD7770 you could use stock PSU. 7770 is only 80w.
