Cooler help

i have a GA-970A-D3 (rev. 1.4) motherboard and getting a phenom x4 900 series processor. what is a good aftermarket cooler and the best aftermarket cooler without going liquid? btw this site and the people have been a great help so far. thank you guys.

The budget cooler to get is the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO, very good for its price and should be fine for medium overclocks.
