This is my first time building a pc and I'm having trouble finding information on how to make sure I have the appropriate hardware for internet access. Can anyone tell me if there's ethernet built in or how I would install it? Also, what's a good wifi card? This is my build so far:

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3

Double D Radeon HD 7870 Core FX-787A-CDFC

Case
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 RC-912-KKN1

Power Supply

Yeah, all you do is plug the Ethernet cable into the motherboard. You'd be very, VERY hard-pressed to find a motherboard that doesn't have at least one Ethernet controller of decent quality. Some motherboards even have on-board wifi.

The one you have built in has a good ethernet controller, but I can't help you with a wifi card - I just use my onboard. What you're looking for is "N"-band wifi.
