Is this a good build to last for some time

Hello, i was wondering is this a good pc for a new build, i will get a graphics card later as intel hd graphics is fine for now.
Also i already have hardrives.
i want it to last for some time (by that i mean be a quick and responsive pc) for 3/4 years is it worth it now or should i wait for haswell cpu's

internet, photoshop and playing games like tf2 mw3 i dont think i need a graphics card for those games really though as my 1st gen intel hd graphics runs them ok

Should be fine for a few years. If your gonna buy a GPU buy atleast a 500W PSU tho. :)

also no need to buy a cpu cooler, all cpus come with one.
