I'm looking for a graphics card for my computer and I'm leaning towards SAPPHIRE cards. However I don't precisely know much of the differences between graphics cards so I was hoping someone could assist me with choosing a card. Budget is between $100 and $200. Monitor is 1920x1080p, for gaming and PSU is going to be 650W Corsair.
On Newegg.com there is a 6870 HD SAPPHIRE for $169.99 but on a website with computer parts in my country there is a SAPPHIRE 7770 for $143AUD. Which of these would be the better choice for this computer I'm planning to build. This is the last piece that I need confirmed before I can get it for my birthday. Thanks the links are below.

the 6870 is more powerful. If you live in Australia then you won't be able to buy from newegg.

What are the full system specs?(CPU,RAM,etc.)

The 6870 is more powerful than the 7770.

Can you order from this site?

http://www.mwave.com.au/sku-42060781-HIS_Radeon_HD_6870...

i5 2500k 3.3GHz processor 1155 pin, AsRock Z-68 Pro3 1155 pin motherboard, G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB of RAM, Corsair TX-650 PSU, Seagate 3.5" 3TB SATA3 HDD.
So this Radeon 6870 you've linked can outperform this Sapphire 6870?

They are the same. The 6870 isn't that great at overclocking so even if it has slightly higher clocks it only translates to about 1-3 fps.
