some people even overclock i7 950 for single 680 ... but as i know even at stock clocks you can handle single GTX 680 .... look at that image ... seems like kelper uses CPU less then fermi ... is there any chance to get full potencial of GTX 670 sli with i7 950 on stock clocks ?
even if kelper don't uses cpu as hard as fermi .. it will have some bottleneck enayway ? heh ... sad ... but how big will be bottleneck ? for exlample if gtx 670 in sli gives me 100 in battlefield 3 .. so cpu bottleneck willl down it to 95 , 90 or even 80 ? how big will be bottleneck or it's hard to say because depents on game optimization ? can we tell rough percentage bottleneck of my cpu for gtx 670 n sli ^^ ?

Your CPU will handle any GPU in the planet, but to get the max FPS in a game you need to Overclock that CPU higher to 3.8 GHz or 4.0 GHz. That will help you get the max playable FPS in a game and will use the full potential power of your GPUs whatever they were.
GTX 670s in SLI = A single GTX 690
When Guru3d tested GTX 690, it tested it with Core I7 965 @ 3.7 and stated that there's no bottleneck with that CPU compared to the $1000 Core i7 3960X
So basically grab the cards you want & OC the CPU higher, higher means a good increase of "MHz"
From 3.06 to 3.3 won't add too much value but from 3.06 to 4GHz will make your CPU a beast.
