Building a $750 gaming coputer

Hello,
i want to build a gaming computer for around 750. I have been ding a lil research on stuff and i'm leaning towards a Intel based system with a i5-3570k and would like about 8gb ram. Not really sure if i need to get a ivy bridge or sandy would work (really wanting to get the best bang for the buck). I am also not really sure what gpu to get with it i have a 42" HDTV @1920*1080 res. i have some older slower drives for storage and guessing that 250 GB min ssd would probably work to do the os and programs. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Prebuilt systems would work as well if i can get one in the price range. would like to get liquid cooling as well
