750W is kind of overkill for a single 7850 - you could drop that to a 650W and then invest the difference in upgrading your CPU to the i5-3750K but otherwise everything else looks good.

I'm planning on getting two 7970's later, is 750w good enough or will i have to upgrade again?

Why would you get a 7850 if you're getting dual 7970s?

Yes that PSU will handle it, the 7970 uses very little power compared to previous generations.
