First time building

I just want to know if what i'm buying is compatible and if my psu is good enough,i'm also open to suggestions, any help would be really appretiated

750W is kind of overkill for a single 7850 - you could drop that to a 650W and then invest the difference in upgrading your CPU to the i5-3750K but otherwise everything else looks good.

I'm planning on getting two 7970's later, is 750w good enough or will i have to upgrade again?

Why would you get a 7850 if you're getting dual 7970s?

Yes that PSU will handle it, the 7970 uses very little power compared to previous generations.
