Hello, When looking at Netflix for a few minutes my Dell Inspiron 9300Laptop goes into 100% CPU usage, the vi8deo and sound crawls and the fan speeds up. I have been working on this for weeks. Do a CCleaner every day. Security Essentials and windows updates frequently. Task Manger sometimes shows IEXPLORE.EXE at 154,000 bytes Error happens with 42 or 26 Processes running, MSE running or not, battery in or out, printer in or out, on or off, mouse in or out,, Ext. Hdd in or out, on or off, alternate kbd in or out, second monitor in or out, on or off, USB audio on or off. Sometimes the Performance graphs in Task Mgr stay flatlined at 100%, other times they oscillate from 20 to 80 percent, rapidly. Tried Malwarebytes, safe mode nonsense, Restore, etc.

Any ideas further?

It looks like your laptop is overloaded by Netflix. It may be CPU or GPU, but I'd go out and buy a Nexus 7 or a Nexus 10 to run Netflix rather than buy a new laptop.

Try FireFox or Chrome browsers.
I never use IE except to get Windows updates.
