PSU good enough?

I recently just this PSU http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_995&products_id=13278

Will it be good enough for;
Intel core i5 3570k
ASUS Maximus V formula
Corsair Vengeance 4x4
GTX 680

850watts is more than enough. It even would have worked with 600watts PSU.

Not only it is good, PSU has enough Amps....That's the second thing you have to watch for when buying a Power Supply. You can buy a PSU that has high wattage but low Ampere. Make sure your that power supply is above 40 Amp or that video card will not work.

Hi - Even tho it's a lot more PSU than you need, it is a good one.

Overkill. Get a ~750W PSU if you expect to add a second GTX 680 later, otherwise get a ~550W PSU.
