Just wondering if you guys would know this PC can run Starcraft II in ultra and what your guess is for FPS

Case: COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced RC-932-KKN5-GP Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

Video card: MSI N650-MD1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Power Supply: SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Hard Drive: Seagate 2TB LP serial ATA Hard Drive - 5900/64MB/SATA-6G

If you don't think I can run Starcraft II in ultra setting with high fps then which part I need to replace. Video card ? ram ? or motherboard ?

Thanks for your help

The resolution or pixel count that your playing on is the next piece of the puzzle needed to answer ur question, but looking at ur system im thinking ur fine to 1920x1080. At 1920x1200 you might be pushing it. The videocard would be your bottleneck. more ram, 2gb would help out a lot because of the many things happening on the screen at the same time can slow FPS down. I personally play SC2 a lot on 3x 1920x1200 with a PhIIx6 @ 4.1, 12gb DDr3Ram@1800 and a HD 7970 and it does good but the FPS dips at times.
