Hello, I was thinking of getting G.SKILL Rip Jaw X Series (URL below), I was also thinking of getting the Cooler Master V8 CPU cooler (URL below). I was wondering if there would be a problem with these pairings, if so a suggestion on RAM would be nice, it would be nice if its red. Thanks, Will.

I personally have a V-8 cooler master and i hope you have a big case because that thing is really big. it also does a decent job of cooling but there are smaller cheaper products that will do just as well. as far as RAM Compatability there is no compatability issues to consider for a cooler and RAM they dont communicate in any way.

Thanks, I was more referring to the size of the RAM's heat sink being an issue, I know the V8 is huge and requires RAM with low heat sinks. So I was wondering if it would fit. Also I am using a full tower case, Cooler Master HAF 932 to be exact.

that all should fit fine i have run some patriot memory sticks with big spikey heat sinks and it did not interfear with the cooler master. it is really more tall then wide and doesn't cover the RAM slots.
