  1. only difference is the hard drives
  2. I think you should be able to do much better with $700 than a simple FX-4100. Change up your build, make it yourself.
  3. go with an Intel CPU. also, up the GPU if its for gaming.
  4. why dont you just build it yourself? Will cost you less and you will get more.
