Should I keep my graphic card or throw it away???

If you think it's not good for gaming ( games like GTA IV, the sims 3 with expantions, etc.) please suggest me a good, high performance, reliable graphic card.
my budget is around $150
I like Nvidia brand much better than AMD. So I don't want to buy an AMD again.

My MB is gigabyte P35 and my CPU is intel Core2Duo 2.4GHz ( I know its a total garbage)

It just depends if your power supply is powerful enough to power it. A GTX460 requires a minimum of 450w.

Yeah, your motherboard will be fine. You just need a PCI Express x16 slot which your motherboard has.

If you did choose the GTX460 I'd recommend upgrading your power supply too, something like a Corsair CX500 would do fine.

Its not AMD fault that you are disappointed with the 6570. It is a weak card and may have been bought with wrong expectations. There are other AMD cards suitable for your need but admittedly, at your budget & what's currently in the market, the 460 recommended is best bet.
But in any case, even if you do not like AMD as much as nVidia, keep the 6570 as it may come handy someday.

It might be your CPU that's bottlenecking GTA IV. My GPU is lower end than yours, but my CPU is better, and I can play it and using command lines at medium graphics.
