DVI-D is just dvi with dual channel. Don't worry about the name just connect the monitor to your graphic card with hdmi to dvi cable ,hdmi goes to the monitor and dvi goes to your gtx670. You should receive the cable with your monitor. Or you can also use a hdmi to mini hdmi cable(Mini hdmi goes to the gtx670). It won't make any difference whatsoever.

If you look at the back of your monitor, you will see that there are only 2 ports. D-SUB & HDMI. But the monitor comes bundled with an HDMI to DVI cable so technically, it also has DVI port but not in the monitor itself but via the HDMI to DVI cable supplied.
