Hey guys, I've been in need of a new computer for several months now and decided to build one myself I'm by no means new to computers I just haven't built one in the past and wanted to get a second opinion on my build before I went out and spent any money. I filled out the little new build format thingy below and below that is a link to my current build Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out.

Approximate Purchase Date: August 15

Budget Range: 800-1000 Before Rebates; After Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming (Guild Wars 2, Age of empires 3,Left for dead Arma 2 and 3 + day z, and BF3) , Live Streaming (Twitch.tv with xsplit), surfing the internet, etc.

Are you buying a monitor: No, Already have 2

Do you need to buy OS: No, I have a copy of Windows 7 Home premium

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com is my go to site but I'm willing to use other site if it can save me some cash.

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Parts Preferences: I would like to go with an Intel Ivybridge processor.

Overclocking: Yes (Planning on getting an i5 3570k and overclocking from 3.4 to 4.0)

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1360x768 and 1280x1080

Additional Comments:Noise is not an issue nor is the overall visual appeal of the chassis.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My current Pc just isn't running very well in general and I think it's time for an upgrade after 5 years of this Acer aspire x3200

Link to what I've put together Link. I'm open to any suggestions you guys have.
