Good Enough System?

Last response: in Systems

My new system is going to be an i5 2500k with a gtx 560 and a z68 motherboard. I am wondering if this system is good enough to play new games on high settings without lag. I would also like to play cpu intensive strategy games and rts games. If it is good enough, I would like to know if its too much. As I am planning to buy these parts, the $$ needed is starting to get pretty high and making me wonder if I need this much.... anyway, on a side note; I found a refurbished gtx 560ti on ebay for the same price as a super charged evga gtx 560. Which should I go for?

to answer the subjective question of "good enough" would need to know what games and what resolution and what would be a satisfactory frame rate.

the gpu is likely very good but it may be done with a i5-2400 and a H67 motherboard.
