I recently ordered a graphics card for my small form factor pc. it's the Sapphire radeon hd 6670 1gb GDDR5 graphics card. my question is, will this play battlefield 3 decently at medium settings at a resolution of 1600 by 900?
system specs:
Core 2 duo e8400 @ 3.0 ghz
4 gb ddr2 ram
sapphire HD 6670 1gb GDDR5 low profile

So it was getting 20FPS at a slightly higher resolution than 1600x900 on high so you should get over 30FPS on Medium if you carefully adjust your settings.

Your CPU might make a big difference though, but you'll just have to see.

RadeonPro:
I strongly advise you to synch BF3 to 30FPS. Try this:
1) download and run RadeonPro
2) add the main BF3 exe file to RadeonPro
3) Tweaks->Always ON (Double VSYNC)

This should synch to 30FPS, but tweak the settings in BF3 to get roughly 35FPS before doing this (VSYNC gets ride of screen tearing).

If the screen tearing doesn't bother you then there's no need for this. Simply tweak to get roughly 35 to 40FPS. I wouldn't go higher than 2xAA (anti-aliasing).
