PSU & GPU power question

I've just recently purchased a new PSU & Graphics Card and after reading all the specifications I am wondering if these will work together ok.

The PSU is a OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular PSU that supplies 25A on +12V1 and 25A on +12V2

The GPU is a MSI NVidia Geforce GT640 that requires a minimum of 350W with a minimum 12V current of 20A

I'm new to all this so was just wondering if someone could help me out and let me know if this is going to be ok.

Hi - more than enough amps and watts, about double what you actually need.
