What about the CPU cooling and overclocking with the Noctua,or is it better to get a corsair h80? And a question about the motherboard,is it better to get the Asus Maximus V Formula or Gene?

noctua is better than h80 and much quieter

for the motherboard, unless you are extreme overclocking, i wouldnt get the ROG boards. id go with my suggestion of the gigabyte z77x-ud5h.

do not use a micro-atx board with a noctua heatsink. i guarantee the heatsink will cover 80% of the board
