Is this CPU cooler enough?

Here is my build plan fellas. I want to make sure I don't destroy this sexy i-3930k due to a weak CPU cooler.

CPU: Intel Core i7-3930K 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE 60.1 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Extreme EATX LGA2011 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Trident 4GB
Memory: G.Skill Trident 4GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Hard Drive: Samsung 830 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Blue ATX Full Tower Case
Power Supply: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro Gold Series RSC00-80GAD3-US
1200W ATX 12V v2.3
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer

As you can see, I'm looking at the Phantek at the moment. I'm looking for some final feedback on this before I order the parts (I'm buying the parts in two days). I'm not looking for anything crazy or way over the top. I'd like to make sure I can cool everything at a decent price. I'll have the Phanteks & the 4 fans built into the case, but I'm more than welcome to suggestions as I want nothing damaged due to heat, etc.

I might overclock, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'd like to have a system that would make it possible to overclock. The primary function of this PC is for gaming/media.

Cheers!

Is water cooling much more expensive than air? I'm sure there are cheap setups, but I want something reliable. :)
  3. For water cooling depending on model can run you anywhere from 60$-100$

just make sure that big-ass CPU cooler doesn't block the necessary RAM slots..

Do you think the Corsair H100 would be a better option than the Phantek? I don't want anything being blocked, and I want to keep everything as cool as possible. The H100 seems to have great reviews & seems pretty easy to setup.
  5. Personally I did not choose CM, I went went Antec Kuhler H20 920 , got it for 100 bucks BUT, it has a LED on the heat sink which i thought was pretty cool (you can change the LED colour as well)
