"No Signal" Message w/Graphics card

I've just built my new machine and I have come across a problem. When I start the machine with my GTX 560 Ti I get a "no signal" message on my monitor, but I get a post beep. I've removed the graphics card and tested and I get the same post beep and this time motherboard splash screen and everything works fine from there. What's wrong, is it my video card or some other problem?

More about signal message graphics card
  1. How are you connecting your Video card to your moniter?

Try Re-Seating your ram, Most No Signal problems come from the RAM

I'm using a HDMI cable and a HDMI to mini HDMI adapter.
  3. Did you plug the 2 6pin power cables into the side of the card?
  4. Yeah they're plugged in, and I reseated the RAM and now I'm no longer having the problem. It's working and showing the splash screen with the card installed. I don't know what did it but thanks for helping!
  5. So it might have just need that Reseating
