"No Signal" Message w/Graphics card

I've just built my new machine and I have come across a problem. When I start the machine with my GTX 560 Ti I get a "no signal" message on my monitor, but I get a post beep. I've removed the graphics card and tested and I get the same post beep and this time motherboard splash screen and everything works fine from there. What's wrong, is it my video card or some other problem?

CPU: Intel core i5 3570k
CPU Cooler: Arctic i30
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43
PSU: Cooler Master GX 650W
GPU: Sapphire HD7850 2GB
RAM: Crucial 2 x 4GB 1600MHz
SSD: Crucial 128GB M4

How are you connecting your Video card to your moniter?

How are you connecting your Video card to your moniter?

I'm using a HDMI cable and a HDMI to mini HDMI adapter.

Did you plug the 2 6pin power cables into the side of the card?

Yeah they're plugged in, and I reseated the RAM and now I'm no longer having the problem. It's working and showing the splash screen with the card installed. I don't know what did it but thanks for helping!
