GTX 560m Flickering Artifacts in all games

Hello, I have read over many different postings on similar issues regarding artifacts in games. I have tried all suggestions I thought may pertain to my problem but to no avail. I have a fairly new Asus G53 laptop (first laptop). The only games I have tried are WoW, Diablo 3 and Oblivion. In all of them there are flickering of triangles and polygons. I have updated all drivers, using drive cleaner software. I have tried running WoW in both dx9 and dx11 mode, it seems to be worse in dx11 mode. Here is the dxdiag of my system:

I got the computer a couple days ago. I setup the computer and installed Diablo 3, I believe it ran fine at that point. I then used the ASUS Live Update to update all the drivers. Once I noticed the problem I used Drive Cleaner to remove the drivers and installed the ones that came with the setup CD. It didnt make any difference at that point. I havent been able to get it running right since.

I think you have to call the warranty because the graphics card is defective. It's not driver problem for sure.

Thank you for your help. I have requested and received an RMA for the laptop. I'm kinda bummed cus my family and I loved it. I hope to get one similar (less the bad hardware) in the future. Again thankyou for your time and help.
