I made a pretty bonehead move in that I ordered a new graphics card without checking to see if my PC has the necessary power supply connectors (sadly, it does not). The graphics card requires a 6-pin PCI express connector but all I have are 2 SATA power adapters. When it comes to components I'm a noob, is there a way to swap out or adapt existing cables? Any advice or words of wisdom would be appreciated!

Depending the 12v rails can power your GPU you can use a 6 pin pci sata adapter cost about £2.50 uk price. Web sit as an eg of what you need http://www.amazon.com/Branded-8inch-15pin-Express-Power/dp/B005NJXY7O. Hope that helps
