I'd look at something like this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d1vE You could go up or down on the CPU. Any of the pentiums below but the only real jump I'd consider would be to the i5. Hope this helps get you started. Sorry about the U.S. prices comes out to around 540 I believe.

What will give the biggest boost for Photoshop, processor or graphics card? Would it be worth upgrading to a quad core? Thanks for your reply

CPU would help, the graphics card in your build will play most titles at high resolution well. The link below shows benchmarks. From a practical perspective I'd say you don't need it. However, an i3 21xx ($120ish) US does benefit from hyper threading/faster memory, and an i5 are awesome ($184 US) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... If you can swing it, grab the i5 but the build as is will be fine.
