GTX 670 DirectCU II - Can I flash it to the TOP BIOS?

I accidentally purchased a non-TOP version of my card; which seems to overclock VERY poorly. Is it possible that I might flash it to the TOP's BIOS so I can have the default overclock as well as improved stability?

  1. The card also says that such supports 'PCI-Express 2.0'; however, I am aware that it is a 3.0 card; is it not? I am running a board that supports PCI-Express 3.0.
  2. It's just an advertisement about support, it should work at 3.0 speeds.

Sorry but I don't think flashing BIOS will help resolve stability issues - it's not the software that causes instability, it's hardware.

Your Mobo does, but does your CPU? You need an Ivy Bridge i guess
