How choked is my EVGA Nvidia 1GB 550ti superclocked?

Why: I want to get a basic idea of how much more I'm going to get out of my GPU in my new ivy bridge/z77/8gig 1600mhz computer
 
Solution
When gaming, try to lower the setting of the game. If the fps increase, it means that your GPU is already bottlenecking. But if the fps does not increase even at lowered setting, it means that your CPU is bottlenecking the GPU.

It's probably not bottlenecked much at all. A 550 Ti is not exactly a high power graphics card.
