Looking for best motherboard for my build

I'm currently planing to upgrade my system to the ivy bridge 3570k and need to also find a motherboard perferably a z77 since im running a amd build.

My price range is up to 220$ and it needs to be able to run 6870's in crossfirex at 8x 8x.

I plan on overclocking slightly with 212 evo and using 1600freq ram
