Hello, i was just wondering if these spec would be able to run bf3, skyrim, etc. on utra settings and be able to handle alot of mods like in skyrim? thank you and if their is something better i can replace please let me know.

3820 is expensive for just 4 cores. A 2500k will overclock better and perform as well in games. That's a 1080p monitor. Either get a higher resolution monitor or you are wasting your time with a 690. A 670 will be more than enough for 1080p resolution maxxed out.

will the 2500k still last me a good while with out needing a upgrade? also what moniter would best suit the 690 gpu?

hello i was just wondering if these specswould be able to run bf3, skyrim, etc on ultra settings and be able to run a huge amount of mods specifaclly for skyrim without performance hinderance. thank you and if theirs anything i should switch please let me know. it will be greaty appreciated.

Though I'd switch from an i7-3820 to an i7-2600K or 3770K.
