Slight lines on screen while gaming.

I have been experiencing slight lines that seem to vibrate across my screen while gaming and cannot tell what is wrong. I have tried turning vsync on and it doesn't seem to help. I have This graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130625 and this monitor http://alatest.co.uk/reviews/monitor-reviews/compaq-s2022a-20-5ms-widescreen-lcd-monitor-built-in-speakers/po3-116995759,29/ . I have this video to show what is happening, the problem is not as noticeable while recording so you have to look close. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The issue is your monitor.

Try using a different cable.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have to call up my friend to let me use one of his cables because i have none extra, i will report back the results once i get it.
