Text gone small in IE -or have my eyes got bigger?

Hi,
I logged onto the net just now, having changed nothing since before this problem began.
Now all the text within internet explorer has shrunk a couple of sizes. I can still read most of it but some of the smaller stuff has just become a blur.

Anyone know if there is a setting somewhere for text sizez?

Any help is much appreciated as always..
