I have this PC http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and I was thinking about buying a gtx 560 ti. Will it work with its PSU, case, etc.? Or will I have to upgrade?

The gtx 560 ti is power hungry, a quality 500w would get you by, but the brand is not listed.

Can you open your PC and see what the brand is, and the amps on the 12+ rail are? There is usually a sticker that gives information on the power supply itself.

It will fit in the case, it should work with the system but... check to ensure you have the following connections available on your 500W PSU - two each PCIe 6pin (or 6+2pin or 8pin) connectors - they'll be needed to power the 560ti. You shouldn't have to upgrade anything (if the PSU has the connectors) besides the graphics card.
Be sure to wipe the 6670's graphics drivers from the computer before installing the 560ti to avoid driver conflict headaches

Well tell us the PSU (spec /amps/W on 12 V rail) and why are u getting it ? Better of with a 7850 than 560 ti. Less power /heat. And comes with games :D
