So, my problem is: Iam upgrading my GPU to GTX 660 Ti and i have only a 200w power supply, now i have to replace the PSU. But im not sure if a new PSU will fit this case.
The Computer is Asus CP6230, it has a custom Asus motherboard so if new PSU will not fit i have to buy a new case and a new motherboard. Please try and help and Thanks already

Yes you need to replace both, that Asus case is a slimline model from what I've read. Not only will it not fit a 660 Ti, even if it could heat dispersion and air flow would be a problem. A good case for a reasonable price would be the same mid-town case I have, the Corsair 300R

Corsair 300R- http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carbide-Mid-Tower-Computer-CC-9011014-WW/dp/B006I2H0YS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1354959475&sr=8-1&keywords=corsair+300r

As for a motherboard a lower end way to go would be this motherboard from Gigabyte- http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Intel-1155-Motherboard-GA-Z77-DS3H/dp/B007R21JWC/ref=sr_1_10?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1354959530&sr=1-10&keywords=z77+motherboard
