Questions:

Is this a balanced build?
Do you think anything will drop in price, or any new hardware I should get is coming out in the next 4 weeks?
How high will I be able to overclock the CPU?
What is your opinion?

I'd recommend something like this...
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/d4ib

I only made a few changes. If you want, you can stay with the low profile vengeance RAM. I thought it had a dull look to it; therefore I changed it to g.skill sniper. I also changed your SSD to a crucial m4 128gb. Samsung drives are a bit pricey, whereas crucial offers cheaper drives but they are highly reliable.

I also changed your case to the Coolermaster HAF 912. It offers excellent airflow, and it's fairly roomy on the inside. Very easy to work with. You can change the case back to the bitfenix shinobi if you wish.

Q: "Is this a balanced build?"

A:Yes, it's pretty awesome. You'll be able to play any game you want max settings easily.

Q: "Do you think anything will drop in price...?"

A: Well of course prices will fluctuate within the next 4 weeks. Now whether the prices will be in your favor or not, it's fairly difficult to predict...although I'd like to think yes.

Q: "How high will I be able to overclock the CPU?"

A: I'd say you'll be able to overclock anywhere from 4.0-4.4GHz depending on your ambient temps, case airflow, how you setup the heatsink, and the ability of the chip itself.

Q: "What is your opinion?"

A: Well, I made a few changes. The PSU I felt was weak. You'll want to step that up to something like what I recommended in link I posted. The samsung drives are a bit overpriced. You'll also need a HDD. 128gb just isn't enough. I included a 1tb drive in your build for this purpose. I kept the EVGA version of the gtx 670, although, I'd recommend you get the gigabyte version for it's custom 3 fan cooling design.

Thanks for your answere.

Samsung drives are a bit pricey, whereas crucial offers cheaper drives but they are highly reliable.

On the website where I want to buy my parts the Samsung 830 is actually cheaper than the Crucial M4.

You'll also need a HDD

I still have more than 1TB storage at home, that's why I didn't include in the build.

The PSU I felt was weak.

I have no idea what PSU I should pick. I've been told that 750W is a bit overkill, maybe I'll switch to a 650W instead of 550W PSU.

I changed it to g.skill sniper.

Thanks, that one look much nicer. I know it doesn't really matter, but I also want the harware to look good.

I also changed your case to the Coolermaster HAF 912.

Many people have recommended me this case. I'm still undecided.

750w would only be considered overkill if you didn't plan on upgrading anything in the future. I mean, in the next year or two, I'm sure you'll want to add a second gtx 670 in SLI. And if you can get the Samsung drive for cheaper, go for it. It's fast and reliable.

Keep in mind, the case you choose will be housing some expensive parts. You'll want them to remain cool (temp wise) and safe. Also, I'd recommend you get a case YOU like. Remember, you're gonna be the one looking at it. :)

I just calculated how much power I need on http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/Power and it's slightly below 650W. I'll probably go for a more future proof 750W PSU.

I'm also going to take a look at some good cases out there, hopefully I'll find something I like. Thanks for your advice.
