More about 6570 small tower
  1. Most cases it does, small/mini tower accept regular size cards. If it is a small form factor they make low profile cards!
  2. It depends on how small the tower is. Just do the length of the 6570, and compare that with the small tower pc. It should be at least 3 inches for enough room.
  3. That one will need a low profile card!
  4. Because of size?

That is a mini tower and will take a std size GPU and PSU.
On the CPU the performance is going to be similar with the pentium having the edge if any.
