Im going to get a 500W modular PSU because my case sucks. Is 500W enough and how much heat will these components release do i need super good airflow? Are all the components compatible, do you have any suggestionS? Also would i need to do anything extra with BIOS or whatever, anything else i need to know is appreciated. thanks in advance!

Good selection of components - everything is compatible. A 500W PSU, if it's a good one, will be just fine for this build.

Also, you don't need to worry about updating the BIOS before installing the 3570 because it's a Z77 motherboard and already compatible with that CPU.
