Which one is Better ?

I'm buying a new PSU so need to know what best from these 2 PSUs

My System -
Intel DH55HC
Intel Core i5 760
Kingston 4GB 1333MHz (2x2GB)
Power Color HD 7750(No additional Power Cable. Planning on buying)
Samsung 500GB HDD
Cooler Master 334 Casing

Which one of these PSU is best for my system ?

Tom's Hardware has recommended these PSUs however the Corsair one is now having some issues according to it's record

The Antec is a tier 2b and the corsair a tier 3.So the Antec is better.

Antec Vp 450W is really good. It delivers 528W (553W total)on the 12V rail making it better than Cx 430 V2.

There are like 3 versions of the CX430....

Basically, get whatever is cheaper.
