Overall this looks like a great build to me! The i5-3570k and the Radeon 7850 working together will work great for gaming. I'm also a big fan of the case, and the HDD is very solid. ASUS makes very nice motherboards, so I don't think you can go wrong there. The hyper 212 EVO performs awesome for its price range.


The only things I would change would be the OS (ultimate is really not needed for a gaming rig, maybe if your job requires it somehow, I don't know). Go with Home Premium like g-unit1111 said and save some money to pump into the graphics card.

The other thing I would consider changing would be the PSU. My motto is, "Don't skimp on the power supply." A bad power supply can ruin your build. Not that that is a bad power supply for a single-GPU setup, I personally would just put a little more cash in that part of the build, get something a bit nicer.
