Can someone please critique my build? I want a final score like ex: 93/100. If you can do that Ill appreciate it.

Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 6

Graphics card: GTX 670 or GTX680 (im stuck here because someone told me to get the i5 3570k instead of i7 3770k, which saves me a lil over a 100 bucks. I was wondering if using that extra 100 on the GTX680 is ok? I dunno it seems like from what people have been telling me on here, the GTX670 is better than the GTX680.

Memory : Corsair 4g x 4 = 16g vengeance 12800

Processor : i5 3570k

HDD : hitachi 7200 rpm 2tb

sound card : Creative pci x-fi

mouse/keyboard: roccat

Power: Corsair cx600

I'd give it about a 73 - there's quite a few areas where it needs improvement - mainly storage (they don't call Hitachi HDs "death star" for nothing   ), if it's gaming then 16GB of RAM isn't necessary, and neither is the sound card, drop both of those and put a bit more into your power supply - go with a 750W.

Just get the GTX 670. It can perform the same or even faster than GTX 680 in a cheaper price.
Use the $100 for a SSD.

Overall, it's a great build. Something like 87/100.

If you will SLI that GTX 670 it will nearly become a 95/100 for me. :)

EDIT: I also agree with the one above. 16GB isn't really needed if you're going to edit videos or render.

ok. I've just wiki'd what SSD is. Is it that important for gaming? What are benefits of a SDD over HDD. Also if I were to get just a HDD, please recommend me on thats at least 1 tb.

Not necessarily needed, but it can make your OS boot faster, lesser loading times on games.
Look for Seagate or WD hard disks. :)

80% RATE.

That is not true. Always emphasize the GPU over the CPU for gaming. His build is a perfect balance.

might as well change the PSU quality in this kinda of build after the changes on top of dropping things like the sound card, and down to 8gb ram adding in a cpu cooler as well.
