hello do you know any good sites that show you how you can customize the xp
registry in order to restrict users or any good progs? cos will need to
customize xp to restrict to younger kids at somepoint and allow to only do
certain things.

also look in Control Panel>AdminTools>
Local Security Policy>Local Policies-expand>User Rights Assign and
Security Options.
