Replacing power supply hp a6040n

Hello,

I am looking to see if there are any changes of replacing the cables to the motherboard, and all drivers. I look t the wireing and see many extra cables. Am I mssing something?

You may use any number of brands. Look for 30 amps minimum on the 12v rail. Here's three good replacements:
