Think I have it about narrowed down but I could use advice on tweaks before i click the button. Need to stay with this budget or less.

Why the 8 core? To be honest thats like using the i7 3770k for gaming

Not going to be used for any gaming. Personally I would like the i5-2500k but don't want to bump the budget for this build that far.

if its not gonna be used for gaming or anything downgrade the Processor to the FX-4100 save your self 50$

looks nice, but if you are not on a budget i would say upgrade your psu to a 650watt, and change out your VGA card, from a 520 to maybe a 560ti
