Hi All,

CPU : Core i5-2500K
Mobo : Asus/Asrock/Gigabyte Z77
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 4GB X 2 DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU: ATI HD6850 1 GB GDDR5
PSU : Seasonic 620 Watt

AMD Rig :
----------
CPU : Phenom II 965 Black Edition
Mobo : Asus/Gigabyte AM3+
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 4GB X 2 DDR3 1600 MHz
GPU: ATI HD6670 1 GB GDDR5
PSU : Seasonic 520 Watt

Common :
-----------
HDD : Seagate /WD Cavier Green 2 TB 6.0Gb/s
Cabinet : Corsair Carbide 300R
Heatsink : Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
UPS : APC 700VA

I have Monitor,Speaker,KB+M.

Also, which brand to prefer for Mobo/GPU selection?
Z77 boards are expensive;any alternative to that?
which one is better, WD or Seagate?why?
R these PSU(s) enough?

Thaks in advance !!

The AMD rig is fine,

For the intel if your going Z77 then swap out for an Ivy bridge Processor ie i5 3750k and instead of a gigabyte or asus board use the AsRock Z77 Extreme4 I have seen great reviews about it

And if i need to choose, i would choose AMD because it would be cheaper , but overall the Intel rig would be alot faster, I also would suggest getting a 650 watt powersupply just to be on the safe side

After long research [Flipkart,IT Depot,PriceIndia], I have finally decided to go with the Intel build.

Following is my final rig [INR] -

Processor - Intel Core i5-2500K - 13,532/-
Mobo - Asrock Z77 Pro4 - 9739/-
RAM - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz 8 GB (2X4 GB) - 3,538/-
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 1 TB (WD10EALX) SATA III 7200 RPM - 5,400/-
GPU - MSI R6850 Cyclone 1GD5 Power Edition - 9,300/-
PSU - Seasonic S12II 620 Bronze 620 Watt - 5,006/-
Heatsink - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - 2,101/-
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Total - 48,616/-
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Suggest me a good cabinet to go with this rig.
Also, is the mobo good enough?
And,what UPS is needed for this rig??
