Slight Burning smell from New pc. pls help

So i got this new PC today
i5 - 3450
MSI 7850
Gigabyte B75M - D3H
Corsair 1333Mhz Value Select
Corsair CX 500 v2

I get a slight burning smell from the GPU. Very mild. when i stick my nose into the case. Is it normal ? Nothing strong. a slight burning smell when i stick my nose in..

Please tell me if its normal or if i connected anything wrong

It is not really out of the question that there may be some odd smells from a brand new computer. So if everything seems to be working correctly, I would just remain vigilant for a week or two. Odds are you're just being a little hyper-aware because you just put the computer together and are anxious that something may go wrong. My guess would be that the smell goes away after a couple of days, once the computer has had a chance to "air out". If it does not seem to be going away and/or it gets more intense, then you should probably start breaking the unit down to try and figure out what is going on.

Or if you start seeing Smoke billowing out and hear a Ramp up in Fan speed to start cooling stuff down

Actually this is the first time I'm assembling a pc. So I am a bit hyper aware. The smell is very mild. Lol I'm just scared I keep sticking my nose in the case and keep smelling it. Poor me everything is working.

Pc is dead silent. and no smoke or anything
