Hi Guys!

I am trying to build a gaming rig which should be multitasking for other stuff like school work. I looked for the parts on different sites but i get stuck on certain parts such as CPU fans, motherboard, CD/Dvd, hard drive and power supply.

My Budget is 850$ including keyboard/Mouse.

Need it 1-2 weeks
Looking For :
3rd generation intel CPU's possibly be unlocked (K)
Good Graphics card which can run most games on high/Max
Must be upgradable in the future or atleast run for 2-3 years
Must be atleast 16 GB memory.
Need Windows 7

Please provide the links to the parts where you will find it. :)

I could raise few dollars more if you guys think i could get something better by doing that. Also, the sites should be reliable!

Open to all suggestions guys. Need your help :)

Why do you "need" 16gb of RAM? Extra RAM will only help some with photoshopping, adobe applications, and video editing. 8gb is more than enough. You're better off to dump all the cash you can in the CPU and GPU. They will obviously be the heart of the computer in every application you run.

This will do most games at high settings, some at ultra...

If you can dump some more cash into the build, step up the GPU to something like this...

SAPPHIRE 11188-22-20G Radeon HD 6950 2GB

Or this...

MSI R7870 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC Radeon HD 7870

@ Bigcyco-- the case will have all the fans right ? If i want to upgrade my ram in the future i will have the slots to do it ?
Thanks its a cool build. I will just make the hard drive to 1TB and i should be fine!

This will be my first built so i will be asking many questions. Appreciate your help!

Anymore suggestions please keep them posting here! Thanks :)

Yup, upgrades shouldn't be a problem at all. RAM is typically the easiest to upgrade. Just drop a couple more sticks in there when you get the cash, and you're good to go. You should also be able to do crossfire. just make sure you hang on to that crossfire bridge. Although, I'd just recommend replacing the GPU altogether if you get the cash. The 6870 is fairly old to be doing crossfire with. :)
