Your processor is fine. It will not bottleneck the 560 Ti.

By the way, what is you current graphics card & power supply (please state the brand & model please ).

Minimum recommended is 500 watts for the whole system. If it's not a quality PSU then it could be a problem. As far as the GTX 560 Ti goes, It's a good performer.

how does 560ti give fps on my pc....... on game like battlefield 3,
or upcoming game like AC3,resident evil 6,black ops 2......on 1080p

The 560 Ti is a good choice for the ~250 price range. It won't be maxing out BF3, Skyrim, or anything newer of comparable graphics but they'll diffidently be playable on medium settings.

But like others have said if you don't have a 500-550+ PSU you'll have to factor the upgraded power supply into the price.

By playable I mean averaging ~60 or higher. Though it will depend on the exact settings and what all is happening on screen. Staring at a tree vs having 5 people shoot at you with an explosion in the background is ganna give you very different FPS.

It should not. My GTX 560 Ti runs Battlefield 3 on ultra without AA settings with 50 fps average. If I set it to high, it runs on 56 fps average (using adaptive vsync, so max it gets is 60).

You're very very very wrong. The only games I could not max out are Battlefield 3 (as I said, ultra with AA) and Crysis 2 (had to reduce post processing by 1 step, everything is set to max). It's nowhere medium settings. Seriously, don't spread misinformation!

If you have budget for the GTX 560 Ti 448, you should go for GTX 480 instead. It's way faster than both GTX 560 Ti's and costs below GTX 560 Ti 448. You'd need 550 W quality power supply for it.

what is the difference between Asus, zotac and Msi 560ti 448core graphic card

Just saying my 6950 also runs BF3 at 1920x1080 at ultra resolution very fluidly. The 480 would do you nicely. All of the cards listed would run the game fluidly at high settings consistently.
