Can anyone help me with my cpu fan settings in the bios

so i have this problem (It is certainly not my fan! because when i have it plugged into the 3 pin chasis fan its fine.)so when its plugged into the 4 pin cpu header i get cpu fan error, im pretty sure that this is because the fan wont kick in untill a certain temperature so i looked in the bios, and found 4 fan settings for my cpu, can anyone explain what one i want it on so that the fan is always running here they are. i have the FX4100 and the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
